Can we join the previous speakers: + Balcony, views, open concept living, high ceilings, new pool, village charm, pet allowed - Kitchen and bathroom in need of renovation, sagging mattresses where you can feel the tension springs, there is a lack of glass

Beautiful apartment (we are regulars). Urgently replace the water fittings in the kitchen and bathroom, or initiate a complete renovation!
